Overview

Toyota has achieved a reputation for the production of very high quality vehicles in all countries around the world. This has been achieved by an approach to quality control and quality assurance, which is unique to Toyota and has been developed over many years.

A philosophy of continuous improvement of Quality performance is followed by thorough investigation of all problems.

Our one day workshop provides delegates with an opportunity to learn the Toyota Quality management approach.
Delegates will get the opportunity to see at the Gemba the Quality tools being employed on real processes during shop tours & see first hand how they ensure Built in Quality for our product.

To allow participants to benchmark a Toyota plant, this course is best delivered at our Deeside facility.

Course duration is one day with the start time flexible to suit your requirements.
