How do I purchase your courses?

Browse the courses we offer and decide on one you find interesting. Add it to your basket and purchase just like any other product. We will send an invitation and course materials which you will use to join your chosen training session.

Can I do the course at a time that suits me?

Most of our courses are led by experienced Toyota coaches and are live, providing you with the opportunity to ask questions. You must therefore join at the correct time to take advantage of this opportunity. If you can’t find a convenient time and date please contact us because we can often add additional courses at a time convenient to you, even if this is antisocial for us. 

What happens if I miss my course?

If you are having technical difficulties please call us on +44 (0)1244 282 135 to request assistance. We do understand that sometimes events beyond control occur. If you miss your course please contact us and we can agree a revised slot at no additional cost.

What happens if I change my mind about attending?

If you want to cancel your course after booking please contact us prior to the day of the course and we will arrange a refund.

Do I need any special software to access the course?

We like to use Microsoft Teams because we have found this performs well even with poor network connections. If using a smartphone or tablet you will need to download the Microsoft Teams App. On a PC it is possible to access Teams via a web browser without the need to download any software. We are happy to arrange a trial meeting before your event if you have any concerns about using this platform. If you would like to use a different platform please contact us and we will investigate what we can do to support.

Do I need to use video during the presentation?

It is always nice to see who we are talking to but it is not necessary. If you prefer not to due to bandwidth or any other reason we will not be offended.
